Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (whole week, excluding public holidays in Pakistan) after your payment has been successfully verified. Please note that processing time may be longer during sale events or new collection launches due to high demand.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer nationwide shipping across Pakistan.

  • Standard Shipping (All over Pakistan):
    • Charges: A flat rate of PKR 250 applies to all orders.
    • FREE Shipping: Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders above PKR 4000.
    • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days after your order has been processed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, national holidays, or courier service delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's journey directly on the courier company's website.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, NooreaFashion is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest). We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided. NooreaFashion is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel (for damaged goods) or within 7 days of the estimated delivery date (for lost items). We will work with the courier service to investigate and find a suitable solution.
